2. Payment & Pricing
2.1 Payment Policy
- All services must be paid in full before work begins.
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but rates at the time of purchase will be honored.
2.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.
- Customers may request a partial refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided work has not started.
- If unsatisfied with the final product, one free revision is included (see Section 3).

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
✔️ Clients are entitled to one free revision within 7 days of receiving their completed resume, cover letter, or career plan.
✔️ Revisions must be within the original service scope and cannot include a new job target.
❌ Requests for additional edits outside the free revision period may require an extra fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
To provide the best service, we rely on accurate and complete information from our clients. By using our services, you agree to:
✔️ Provide truthful and complete details in the order form.
✔️ Submit accurate job experience, skills, and credentials for document creation.
✔️ Review drafts promptly and submit revision requests within the specified period.
FederalCareerShift.com is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.
5. AI Usage & Document Creation
Some services may involve AI-assisted writing tools to optimize resumes and cover letters. However:
✔️ All documents are reviewed and refined by human career experts.
✔️ We do not guarantee AI-generated content will pass every applicant tracking system (ATS), as ATS requirements vary by company.
6. No Job Guarantee
While we strive to create high-quality career documents, FederalCareerShift.com does not guarantee job placement. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
7. Intellectual Property
All resume and career documents are custom-created for each client. By purchasing our services, you agree:
✔️ You own the final resume/cover letter and can edit or use it freely.
✔️ FederalCareerShift.com retains the right to use anonymous, non-identifiable resume samples for promotional or training purposes (unless requested otherwise).
✔️ Unauthorized redistribution or resale of our services is prohibited.
