At FederalCareerShift.com, we take pride in providing high-quality, customized career services to help former federal employees transition into the private sector. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity for all customers.
🔹 No Refunds on Completed Services
Since our services involve custom-written resumes, cover letters, and career plans, we do not offer refunds once the work has been delivered. Each document is tailored specifically to your career background and goals, making it non-refundable.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer one round of free revisions (see Section 2).
🔹 Free Revisions Policy
If you are not satisfied with your completed resume, cover letter, or 30/60/90-day plan, you may request one round of revisions within 7 days of receiving your documents.
✔️ What qualifies for a free revision?
- Minor adjustments to wording or structure.
- Refinements to job descriptions or skills.
- Small formatting changes.
❌ What does NOT qualify for a free revision?
- Requests for a completely different job target after work has been delivered.
- Changes to information not originally provided in the order form.
- Additional services beyond what was purchased.
For major revisions or changes beyond the initial request, an additional editing fee may apply.
🔹 Order Cancellations & Refunds Before Work Begins
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
✔️ If work has not started yet, we can offer a partial refund (minus processing fees).
❌ If we have already started working on your documents, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
🔹 Payment Disputes
All payments are final and non-refundable after work has begun. If you file a payment dispute through PayPal, we reserve the right to provide documentation of service completion to resolve the issue.
